My Not-so-Professional RésuméThere's a lot more to me than marketing and a love for advertising. Some of my favorite things include:
My loving family. My number one job is mom to Parker and Aubrey, and wife to Josh. We keep plenty busy between sports, piano, and their social calendar - but I love watching them grow and develop their hysterical personalities. Practicing my improv piano skills. I have every intention to be a blazin' pianist later in life and polish my chops as often as possible. You're welcome, neighbors. Getting in a good yoga session or workout. Rowing is tied with sun salutations as my favorite workout. Studying culture and history. I'm a life-long student of American history, and especially enjoy learning about the intersection of politics into pop culture and music. Want to talk about 1968? Into documentaries of the First Ladies? I'm your gal. Listening to (and reviewing) albums. A hobby I started in the pandemic, I now love to listen to albums in full. A great album tells a story, takes you on a journey, and helps you understand the artist's perspective, whether lyrically or musically. Some of my favorite albums: Graceland; Paul Simon (1986) All Things Must Pass; George Harrison (1970) Fetch the Bolt Cutters; Fiona Apple (2020) Exploring my new city. I'm a Midwest transplant, having moved to Nashville from Omaha in the end of 2022 for my husband's work. We're totally new to Tennessee and are ready to dive in head first. |
